Randy Pinegar spent 35 years as a CPA – 25 of them leading his own firm – where he learned that the stories behind the numbers were often far more complicated than the spreadsheets. Working with men from every walk of life, he saw the weight they carried: the pressure to provide, the drive to perform, and the quiet fear of not measuring up. Those years shaped his eye for character and his instinct for writing about the real tensions men face.

His work reflects a lifetime of watching how responsibility, ambition, and good intentions can collide – and how a man’s inner world can shift in ways no one else sees. Randy writes with a grounded, masculine voice that leans into honesty, restraint, and the slow work of becoming whole.

He lives in Greenwood, Indiana with his wife, DuRhonda. When he’s not writing, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, or traveling – steadily working toward his goal of visiting all 50 states, with only seven left to go.
